Now with over 10 years’ experience under his belt, he is as passionate about helping people through the realty process as he was at the very beginning, always striving to guide his clients with a calm, steady hand regardless of what challenges might arise. Jess leverages his strong business acumen and local industry knowledge to provide superior results for clients throughout the commercial real estate market of Greater Vancouver. Prior to joining Sutton 1st West, Jess specialized in commercial real estate for years with Marcus & Millichap, a leading US real estate brokerage, gaining a wealth of useful insight along the way, and more recently, he achieved Commercial Top Producer in 2019 and 2020 at Jovi Realty Inc. Jess also led a successful career selling single family homes, a pursuit which ultimately earned him membership in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s Medallion Club, which recognizes the top 10% of all Vancouver realtors. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
